We gave ourselves a Christmas present and slept in a little on Saturday. We had to change hotels so the slumber didn’t go on forever. After getting checked out of our hotel, we took a little hike to a nearby bird sanctuary on the bank of Lake Argentina. It was quite the picturesque Christmas setting.
A stray dog got inside the fence and it was interesting to see nature in action. Various species of birds took turns heckling the unwanted visitor including some falcons.
After getting settled into our new rooms, we took a walk around town and had a nice Christmas dinner.
